2_BaZi Birth Pillars

Why: This is your energetic starting point. Discover the fundamental energies of your life in the 4 pillars, which represent different areas of life:

  • Year Pillar: Society and network
  • Month Pillar: Career and fulfillment
  • Day Pillar: Yourself and your partnerships
  • Hour Pillar: Investments, assets, dreams, and visions

What: The BaZi Birth Matrix shows your four static birth pillars: Year, Month, Day, and Hour. It also includes your Day Master, which is represented in the Heavenly Qi of the Day Pillar.

How:

  1. Read your Day Master: Identify your Self-Element, e.g., Yang Metal.
  2. Read your Jia Zi-Pillar: Determine the Pillar of your Self, e.g., Yang Metal + Dog.
  3. Visual analysis of the element colors: Consider the visual representation of the element colors in your matrix. What emotions and associations do these colors, and especially their distribution, trigger in you?
